AT 5 AM EDT...0900Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION EDOUARD WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 29.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE 81.9 WEST OR ABOUT
20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF OCALA FLORIDA.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH
...11 KM/HR...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE
NEXT 24 HOURS. THIS MOTION COULD BRING THE CENTER NEAR THE WEST
COAST OF THE FLORIDA PENINSULA LATER TODAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS...MAINLY IN A FEW SQUALLS OVER WATER WELL TO THE EAST OF THE
