NEAR LATITUDE 17.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 75.7 WEST OR ABOUT 75
MILES...125 KM...EAST OF KINGSTON JAMAICA OR 150 MILES...245
KM...SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF GUANTANAMO BAY CUBA.

LILI HAS BEEN MEANDERING DURING THE PAST FEW HOURS BUT A
NORTHWESTWARD DRIFT SHOULD BEGIN LATER TODAY. ON THIS TRACK...THE
CENTER OF LILI SHOULD BE NEAR THE SOUTH COAST OF CUBA LATER TONIGHT
OR EARLY SUNDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 50 MPH... 85 KM/HR...WITH
HIGHER GUSTS. SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24
