FABIAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR...AND THIS
MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TONIGHT WITH A GRADUAL TURN TO THE
WEST-NORTHWEST THEREAFTER. ON THIS TRACK...FABIAN IS FORECAST TO
