NEAR LATITUDE 20.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 37.1 WEST OR ABOUT 800
MILES...1290 KM...WEST-NORTHWEST OF THE WESTERN MOST CAPE VERDE
ISLANDS.

PETER HAS BEGUN MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH DURING THE PAST HOUR OR TWO
