CLOSED CIRCULATION AND IS NOW A TROPICAL DEPRESSION.
AT 11 AM EDT...1500Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION TEN WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 77.2 WEST OR ABOUT
145 MILES...230 KM...SOUTH OF KINGSTON JAMAICA.
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 9 MPH
...15 KM/HR. A TURN TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED DURING THE
NEXT 24 HOURS.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH... 55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. THE DEPRESSION COULD BECOME A TROPICAL STORM DURING THE NEXT
