ISIDORE HAS BEEN DRIFTING SOUTHWESTWARD NEAR 5 MPH

THIRTEEN WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 12.2 NORTH...
LONGITUDE 56.0 WEST OR ABOUT 310 MILES...500 KM...EAST OF THE
LESSER ANTILLES.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 23 MPH ...37
