LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 26.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 86.4 WEST OR ABOUT
210 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF APALACHICOLA FLORIDA.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 5 MPH. A TURN
TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH... 55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
