PUERTO PLATA WESTWARD TO BAHIA DE MANZANILLO. A TROPICAL STORM
WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED WITHIN
THE WARNING AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

AT 500 PM AST...2100 UTC...THE TROPICAL STORM WARNING FOR HAITI HAS
BEEN EXTENDED AND IS NOW IN EFFECT FROM THE NORTHERN BORDER WITH
