At 500 PM AST (2100 UTC), the remnants of Tropical Depression Nine
were located near latitude 18.8 North, longitude 49.9 West. The
remnants are moving toward the west-northwest near 5 mph (7 km/h)
and this motion is expected to continue for the next day or two.

Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher
gusts. The remnants are expected to gradually weaken during the
next day or two.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).

located near latitude 15.6 North, longitude 40.8 West. Ida is
moving toward the west-northwest near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this
general motion is expected to continue through Sunday. A turn
toward the northwest with a decrease in forward speed is forecast
Sunday night and Monday.

Maximum sustained winds remain near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher
gusts. Some slow strengthening is forecast during the next 48
hours.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 35 miles (55 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
